Booking & Cancellation Policy

Charlie Ralph Clinic requires 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or changes.

A $100 booking deposit is required when scheduling your appointment. This deposit will be:

• Credited toward your treatment if you proceed
• Retained for consultation-only appointments
• Refunded if you cancel with more than 48 hours notice
• Forfeited if you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend

For appointments over 90 minutes, a $200 deposit is required.

Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

Consultation & Review Appointments

All appointments include a comprehensive consultation before treatment.

Consultation-only appointments are available for $50 (in-person or telehealth).

Review appointments are available however must be within these specific time frames:

• Wrinkle reduction treatments: 2 weeks post-treatment - no longer
• Volume enhancement treatments: 4 weeks post-treatment - no longer

Payment Terms

Full payment is required immediately following treatment. We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Cash
• Bank Transfer
• Afterpay (available on all treatments)

Alternative payment methods may incur processing fees. Pre-payment may be required for certain payment methods.

Treatment Suitability & Refunds

All treatments are subject to professional assessment and suitability determination by our registered nurses.

Due to the medical nature of cosmetic treatments, results may vary between individuals. No guarantees or warranties are provided on treatment outcomes.

Refunds are only provided where required by Australian Consumer Law. No refunds are available for prescription medications.

Services are restricted to persons 18 years and older.

Appointment Scheduling

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

While we strive for punctuality, the nature of cosmetic treatments may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

• Valid for 1 years from purchase date
• Can be used for treatments or products
• Are transferable but non-refundable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Must be presented at time of appointment

Photography & Privacy

Clinical photography may be taken for medical records and treatment planning.

Any use of images for marketing or social media requires separate written consent. Your privacy is our priority.

General Terms

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions.
