Volume appointments in Ascot Vale are with Cat, an AHPRA-registered nurse, and they are built around unhurried assessment — bone structure, skin quality, and where volume has actually been lost, which is often not where you notice it. Her philosophy centres on thorough anatomical assessment and patient education.
The space is set up for that kind of appointment: behind the reception arch are closed treatment rooms, so your assessment and any treatment happen privately with enough time to talk it through. If what you are asking for needs more volume than suits your anatomy, you will be told at the consultation.
What the treatment involves, how long results last, the downtime and the full list of risks are the same at both clinics: Volume Restoration.

Most people do. Expect swelling and tenderness for 24 to 48 hours and the possibility of bruising for 5 to 10 days, so plan around events rather than around work. Your written aftercare goes home with you.
Required disclosure under AHPRA and TGA guidelines
Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
Volume restoration treatments carry risks. Common side effects include temporary swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness and mild asymmetry. Less common but more serious risks include infection, product migration, nodule formation, and vascular occlusion — where the product obstructs a blood vessel. Vascular occlusion is rare and is a medical emergency; our practitioners are trained in recognising and managing it, and hyaluronic acid can be dissolved. All risks are discussed in full at your consultation.
